Shipping:
All used JDM products will be coming from Japan. Please allow 30-45 days (from the time the vessel leave) for delivery to your nearest port.

Warranty:
We offer on all startup engine and transmission 30 days warranty from the date it is purchased. This warranty is for the engine block and head only.

Item and Conditions Covered by the Limited Warranty:
All internal engine parts including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshafts and main bearing, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshafts and camshaft bearings, timing chains and gears, intake and exhaust valves, springs, seals and guides, oil pumps, push rods. The engines block, cylinder barrels and cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion. Any engine or parts that are found to have been overheated or show any signs of damage due to improper or unqualified installation procedures, or signs of aftermarket forced induction systems or Nitrous Oxide will not be covered by this warranty.

Items Not Covered by this Limited Warranty:
All external parts attached to the engine, e. g. intake and exhaust manifolds,
carburetor, distributor, alternator, starter, emission control devices, flywheel, clutch and pressure plated, water pump, thermostat, belts, hoses, timing belt, timing chain, pulleys, oil pan, etc. Also if it is not installed properly or overheated it is not under warranty. Make sure the engine is not open; if the engine is open there will be no warranty. Our product should be shipped to us the way we send to our customer. Our
inspection member will check our product to make sure that it matches the serial # and our engine and transmission come with all the accessories that shipped to our customer.

Cancellation Policy:
The customer can only cancel if the vessel has not left the port. Once the vessel is on transit, the customer cannot cancel his/her order at anytime. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation flat fee in the amount of $350 (for unloading, custom clearance and documentation) towards your refund and a re-stocking fee of 25% from the purchase price.

Return Policy:
The customer can return only those defective within their warranty time, it will go through a series of inspection to make sure it is our part and it hasn't been damage by unqualified mechanic. Our warranty does not cover the labor for installation. The shipping and handling is not cover as well.

Condition Of Used Parts:
Used parts are sold as is. Common sense will tell you: NOTHING USED IS EVER PERFECT. If you are expecting perfect parts, buy them Brand new. Conditions on used parts will vary. Used parts are expected to have scratches or dings. USED body parts will have to be retouched and repainted. Rare JDM parts that are out of production are hard enough to find in large quantities we offer.

We cannot guarantee color or condition. Although color preferences are allowed, Astig Racing reserves the right to send out colored parts in any color if the preferred color is not available. We will not accept returns because buyer does not like the condition of the parts. If you have any questions, please address them before hand and ask for pictures of the parts you have purchased prior to them being sent.
